Job Description

1. Work with team members to meet sales and performance goals.

2. Maintain detailed records of chats as well as follow-up information and outcomes.

3. Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales targets.

4. Handle and respond to customer complaints or product concerns and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy.

5. Accurately document the customer's 1 personal information, including phone number, address, and other order information.

6. Commit to sales scripts and customer answer sheets.

7. Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the item will add value to their lives and meet their needs.

8. Ask relevant, leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their needs.

9. Follow the prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a product's price, features, and components.

10. delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products to persuade potential customers.

11. answering customer questions about products.

12. Following up on previous customers for potential sales.



Requirements

· +2 years of sales experience, especially in the Gulf area.

· Strong Communication skills

· Excellent typing skills (Chat)

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent Command of English (Written & Spoken)
