Job Description

 Develop and implement strategies for cloud operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud engineers and support staff, fostering a high performance culture.  Oversee the day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.  Establish and optimize processes for incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem prevention within the cloud environment.  Implement and enforce robust change management procedures to minimize risks and ensure smooth transitions of cloud services.  Monitor and optimize cloud spending, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service quality.  Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.  Ensure cloud operations adhere to regulatory compliance requirements and security best practices.  Forecast future cloud resource needs and plan for scaling infrastructure to meet business demands.  Provide regular reports on cloud performance, availability, usage, consumption, and cost metrics to senior management. Requirements  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role specifically managing cloud environments.  Cloud providers Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent) are highly preferred.  ITIL certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Intermediate) is highly preferred  Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) is highly preferred
