Cost Controller

· Prepares schedules for CONTRACTOR’s WORK. · Prepares overall project schedules including CONTRACTOR, COMPANY, specialist vendor and installation contractor activities. · Monitors performance against agreed schedules and reports variance to Project Manager. · Prepares cost estimates. Obtains review and concurrence on same and advises impacts as a result of scope changes. · Evaluates scope changes for schedule impact. · Monitors project cost, commitments, and develops forecasts. · Reviews installation contractor’s change order requests for validity of cost and schedule impact. · Familiarity with PERT/CPM scheduling techniques and program selected for the project. Competence in computer spreadsheet program used for Project. Requirements Familiarity with PERT/CPM scheduling techniques and program selected for the project. Competence in computer spreadsheet program used for Project. · Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree with Minimum Experience of 10 years of Cost Estimating and CPM experience (If experience is less than 10 years; Strong experience & strength in specific filed shall be submitted with resume).
