Job Description
· Support the organization to achieve COPC Certification · Remain current with COPC Standard certification and updates · Execute data analysis and visualization projects as needed · Design and implement working processes for various departments, including auditing for consistent execution and compliance to COPC Standard. · Communicate areas of non-compliance to appropriate personnel and needed actions to improve · Develop understanding of the COPC Standard with the on-site teams. · Work collaboratively with people with a range of skill levels across multiple departments to correct areas of non-compliance. · Identify and leverage COPC methodology into other programs · Execute data analysis and visualization projects as needed. · Conduct regular, formal and informal meetings with various levels of management and staff related to the progress of the COPC certification initiative. Requirements · Minimum 2-4 years’ experience · Solid data analysis skills, Six Sigma/ Lean preferred but not required · Analytic skills at a level sufficient to determine root causes and detect data integrity issues. · Ability to encourage and foster cooperation and collaboration between various groups toward common goal · Ability to work well under pressure · Strong written and oral communication skills · Good project management skills · Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects to meet specified deadlines. · Teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills. · Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
