Job Description

Organize and schedule appointments. • Plan/attend meetings and take detailed minutes. • Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms. • Assist in the preparation of reports. • Develop and maintain a filing system. • Maintain contact lists. • Book travel arrangements. • Provide general support to visitors. • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day duties. • Communication Channel Moderation ( WhatsApp Business, Emails, Social Media Platforms ) Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing major from a reputable university. • relevant position or Call center • Proficiency in MS Office. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Flexibility with working hours and ability to deal with different types of people. •Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Details-oriented planning and organizing skills. •Can work efficiently under pressure. •Team Player with strong cooperation skills. Fluency in the English language is a must, additional languages will be a plus
