Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
12 years of experience in construction field.
Professional Engineering License or PMP certification is a plus
Proven experience in managing potable water pipelines networks is essential
Hands-on experience with HDPE & Ductile Iron (DI) pipeline installation including preparation, assembly, and pressure testing
Strong background in managing large-scale construction teams and subcontractors
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
Strong understanding of procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and labor
Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
