Construction Manager

Plan, organize, and manage construction projects to ensure completion according to approved designs, budgets, and timelines. Supervise and lead project teams, allocating resources effectively including manpower, materials, and equipment. Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and take corrective actions when needed to avoid delays. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies throughout all project stages. Coordinate continuously with procurement and materials departments to ensure timely availability of resources. Manage and review subcontractors’ performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Oversee the condition, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment. Collaborate with different departments to reduce costs, save time, and improve efficiency. Prepare accurate and timely progress reports for senior management and stakeholders. Provide training, guidance, and support to project team members for continuous improvement. Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective solutions and safety measures. Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by upper management. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction and contracting sector, including expertise in finishing and decoration projects. Certification: Project management certifications are preferred. Advanced knowledge of construction operations and practices in Saudi Arabia. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting tools. Deep understanding of construction regulations, compliance requirements, and safety standards. Ability to make complex decisions under pressure and deliver solutions efficiently. Strategic thinker with the ability to optimize resources and workflows. High attention to detail with a focus on quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
