Job Description
· Visiting the kitchen twice a week upon the CEO’S request. · Reviewing the daily kitchen sheet with the data entry and account managers before submitting it to the kitchen. · Sending an email to the kitchen Operation Manager and Cost Control Manager to prepare the recipes and the items to taste a day before, 11:00am kitchen sheet the is the reference. · Reporting daily about the CEO’s comments on the taste of the day and informing him with the action taken from the Kitchen Operation Manager and summarize a weekly report on Thursday about it in an online excel sheet. · Analyzing all the reports requested from all depart and monitoring the efficiency of the reports. · Preparing weekly meetings with deputy manager and the managers of all departments. · Support in the business development plans. · Handling and managing the quality control department in the kitchen with all its reports as well as the customer service quality assurance. · Summarize sales and customer services daily reports. · Sending a screenshot of the dashboards of all the reports twice a day. · Reporting daily on social media leads vs done deals. · Updating the CEO daily on his referral channel. · Reporting twice a week on out customers. Following up with account managers on offering nutrition session on the existing clients. · Creating monthly calendar and updating it daily and informing the parties who are included in the meetings. · Reviewing sessions sheet, making sure it’s well designed and organized and making sure that all the client has paid before sending it to the CEO by 5:00pm a day before. · Making 10 mystery calls a week upon the CEO’s request. · Attending Tuesday weekly meeting and reporting about it. · Research new material for reels and preparing the script with the Nutrition Doctor to shoot weekly and following up with the editor on · them and planning posting them on the CEOs platforms. - Attending home sessions if needed, informing the CEO’s driver about them and include them in the calendar upon the CEO’s approval. - Being the link between all the employees and the CEO. · Responding and writing emails on behalf of the CEO when asked to. · Reviewing monthly menus before submitting it to other departments. · Reviewing consultancy plans before sending them to the clients. · Ordering the CEO’s office supplies and reviewing the quality of cleaning the office daily. (Once a week deep cleaning) · Supervising on the office boy regarding the center cleaning, lights and reception music, toilets and entrance. · Attending the meetings with the CEO and reporting the Minutes of Meeting Requirements · 7-10 of experience. · Bachelor's degree from reputable University. · Excellent Computer skills. (Microsoft Office). · Excellent command of written and spoken English. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Report Analysis. . Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. · Excellent problem-solving skills. · Having leadership skills is an asset.
