catering Manager

Manage the catering team to achieve the set targets. - Calculates the Profit & Loss studies. - Reinforcement the business relationship & partnership with the active customers while Finds new customers. - Negotiate with the customers the contract item to ensure profitability & secures a good relationship with them. - Liaise with Human Resources team to Hire a potential staff & assure the convenient training for the staff. - Support Menu planning & setting and coordinate logistics for events. - Provide hands-on support during the actual event. - Manage relationships with customers. - Deep knowledge & awareness of market trends & dynamics concerning catering & event management. Requirements - BSc of relevant major.7 to 10 years hands-on experience in Catering Sales. - Effective selling techniques & communication skills. - Effective Leadership Skills. - Ability to build a long-term partnership with the potential customers
