Job Description

Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on our services • Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all services in the our medical center portfolio • Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe • Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues • Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management • Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services Requirements 0-2 in call center and telesales bachelor degree background medical industry is preffered Good command with computer & office Very good in English / commutation skills
