· Understand the entire Solution Division of the business and how productivity impacts profitability.
· Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize the cost.
· Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
· Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.
· Work in conjunction with all department heads (warehouse, Freight Forwarding, Gateway and Transportation) to
ensure maximum profitability.
· Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.
· Provide monthly financial analysis of (warehouse, Freight Forwarding, Gateway and Transportation).
· Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.
· Present new strategies and assessments to business heads in a compelling fashion
· Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
· Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
