Job Description
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts. -Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs. -Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers. -Review and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. -Participate in design presentations and client meetings. -Provide technical support during project execution and site inspections. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and visualization tools. -Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards. -Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design. -Strong communication and teamwork skills.
