Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with ecommerce brands. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools like SEM Rush, Hubspot, and Front. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to innovate. Results-driven and goal-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements Develop and execute affiliate retention strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives. Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates to maximize their performance and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage a team of affiliate coordinators and support/intervene if needed. Act as a stakeholder for all Affiliate Marketing Products and get actively involved in deciding on features and testing effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the affiliate program's competitiveness. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve campaign objectives.
