Job Description

Supervise Boecker® Campus team (Administration Coordinators and Clerks: Janitors, Cleaners, etc.) under the Administration Manager’s guidance. Help in developing necessary Administration policies and procedures. Coordinate with necessary parties on Campus budget. Follow up on Campus problems, requests and maintenance issues regularly. Coordinate with the Procurement and Maintenance Departments on relevant issues. Maintain Campus Professional Image and Appearance (building, canteen, kitchens, etc.). Contribute in managing office space and desks distribution (map). Coordinate travel activities such as destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs, and recommend suitable products. Manage visa process. Investigate new travel destinations, hotels and other facilities and attractions. Assist in preparing for professional Campus events. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. - 3 years of experience in Administration. - English Proficiency. - Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office and Internet Browsing.
