Job Description

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for management or teams • Assist in planning and tracking project milestones and deliverables • Communicate with clients, vendors, or other departments to relay information and follow up on tasks • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed • Maintain organized records, logs, and databases • Monitor task progress and help ensure deadlines are met • Support procurement, logistics, or production coordination (if applicable to the department) • Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and supply ordering Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, communications, or a relevant field • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or assistant role • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
