Job Description

Daily task of assigning accounts as needed. This includes the evaluation of the account scope. 2. Aligning all necessary information with all departments. 3. Keeping all sheets (Bitrix) up to date and making sure that all departments have access to the necessary information. 4. Communication is key. It is of high priority to maintain perfect communication not only in the team but also cross-departments. 5. Manage senior accounts and build as well as maintain the relationship. 6. Help the team continuously improve their account management skills by training and mentoring junior team members 7. Constant evaluation of the efficiency and accuracy of the team. (Onboarding and auditing) 8. Being up to date with all accounts and always knowing what is happening. 9. Problem solving is key. Whether it is jumping in to solve an issue with an account or an internal problem that needs your attention. 10. Creating and refining processes to monitor performance, manage workloads. 11. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. 12. Communicate updates and reports on a weekly basis during our team meetings. 13. Prioritizing tasks and staying organized while balancing several brands and making sure that everything is operating smoothly. Requirements - 3-5 years of experience - Female - Preferred in Advertising ,Operations Production industry. - Excellent English (written and spoken) -Good Arabic (written and spoken) -Great communication skills -Highly organized
