3D Designer

Duties and Tasks: Conceptualize and Design 3D Elements (25%): Create 3D models, visualizations, and renderings of event spaces, stage designs, booths, and props. Develop innovative design concepts and themes that align with client objectives. Collaborate with Event Planners (15%): Work closely with event planners to understand client requirements and design specifications. Provide design support and solutions that enhance the overall event experience. Technical Proficiency (15%): Utilize 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, lumion, Twinmotion, Adobe creative apps) to create accurate and detailed designs. Ensure designs are technically feasible and can be implemented within budget constraints. Material Selection and Sourcing(10%): Select appropriate materials, colors, and textures for design elements. Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and props needed for events. Presentation and Communication(15%): Prepare and deliver visually compelling presentations to clients. Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams. Quality Control(10%): Ensure the quality and accuracy of all 3D designs and renderings. Conduct thorough reviews and revisions as necessary. Project Management(10%): Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines. Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of designs.
