3D Art Director

Lead the visual design for event management, ensuring an exceptional journey from concept to execution. Oversee all aspects of 3D design related to event staging, atmosphere, and spatial layout. Collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to develop innovative designs that enhance the event experience. Manage the visual narrative and aesthetic continuity across multiple events. Ensure that design elements align with the brand's identity and event goals. Potentially attend and oversee event execution in Saudi Arabia as needed. Guide and mentor the creative team to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines. Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in 3D design and event management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in art, design, architecture, or a similar discipline Events and Exhibitions design experience is a must. 5-10 years of experience in an agency environment or similar Skilled in design software (such as 3D programs, AutoCAD, Lumion) Proficient knowledge of industry-standard 3D tool(s) The architectural background is a plus. Has the know how to create the hole creative concept. Has experience to create event design and journey experience to the guest. Excellent design, rendering, and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills.
