2-Maintaining company organization chart.
3-Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and
retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
4-Responsible for Social Insurance forms (1,2&6)
5-Responsible for Sending Work permit
6-Responsible for Recruitment Cycle.
7-Handles expenses and billing .
8- Responsible for payroll cycle.
9-Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
10-Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically
or on paper.
11-Process taxes and payment of employee benefits.
12-Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
13-Writing effective job description & job specification (Job Analysis).
14- Entering all need data for financial and Hr system
-From 1 to 3 years’ experience in HR field
- Graduated from English accountant college
-Very Good Command of English language.
-Excellent MS Office Skills (MS Excel,MS PowerPoint).
