Sales Executive / Account Manager


Job Description

·         Meets, calls and handles new potential corporate and leisure Accounts. 

·         Sells readymade group packages for outbound Travel.

·         Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfer for outbound travel.

·         Follow up with clients through e-mails and calls to provide the updates of their existing bookings for all the booked travel services.

·         Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.

·         Approach new potential corporate clients and tour operators to distribute the B2B online booking system.

·         A weekly product feedback form with a full comparison with our contracted rates against the XML suppliers and other competitors.

·         Agent’s training sessions on the customer interface and make sure that every consultant got the know-how.

·         Getting new customers and generating New Business from the Existing.

·         Involved with the operation process to facilitate the bookings procedures.

·         Following up closely on the customer’s booking behavior in terms of blocking rooms in peak periods and Heavy Cancellations.

·         Making sure that Agent is not abusing the B2B system.

·         A weekly market study with other competitors “Local DMC’s “promotions to agents.

·         Working aggressively on the Rate issues by coordinating with the operation team and the contracting manager.

·         Achieve the yearly pre-set target.

·         Follow up closely on the Customer payments and make sure that they won’t exceed the credit limit and co-ordinate that with the Accountant Executive.

·         Weekly payment reports updates.

·         Highlighting our promotions products to the customers through emails and direct phone calls.


·         Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales and preferred in the online tourism.

·         Minimum of 3-year experience in tourism.

·         Maximum Age is 30 years old

·         Very Good English Language Level (writing & Speaking).

·         Knowledge of leisure destinations outside Egypt.

·         Flexible to travel abroad to handle Group trips.

·         Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.

·         Excellent Communication skills.

·         Excellent time management skills.

·         Presentable appearance

·         Ability to work under pressure.

·         Excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.

·         Preferred to be living in New Cairo.

·         Working Hours: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
