Sales Manager


Job Description

-Responsible for assigning daily work duties and tasks to the sales team
-Responsible for training the sales team on the job duties, performance evaluation, measuring KPIs
-Preparing weekly, monthly reports on employees performance appraisal and reporting to CEO
-Evaluating and measuring the quality of lead generation and report to the Marketing Manager
-In charge of developing Sale strategies and budgeting on an annual and quarterly basis
-Presenting ideas and solution to increase the client’s database of the company.
-Responsible for maximizing ROI and enhancing the company image in the market.
-Responsible for preparation promotion plan for Sales staff based on KPIs on a quarterly basis
-Responsible for managing CRM and reviewing daily work reports.
-Supporting the sales team meetings with potential clients in business meetings.
-Motivating the sales team to get out the maximum effort and outcome from them
-Submitting Monthly reports on the volume of Sales achieved.


1-Proven work Experience from 3 to 5 years in this job role
2- Preferred Age from 30 to 40 years.
3- High leadership skills and troubleshooting skills
4- Very high Interpersonal and presentation skills
5- Strong personality skills,pay attentions to minor details , motivational skills
6- High ability to setting selling strategies and plans and high analytical skills
7- High Ability to achieve the company sales objectives.
8- Holding Bachelor degree in any academic major
9- Bachelor degree in Commerce , marketing , business administration will be very preferred
10- Very Good command of English Language
11- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
12- Experience on using and managing CRM Program will be advantageous
