Job Description

1- Perform Administrative Duties : on daily basis like checking attendances of all the staff ,taking Notes … etc. for the outsources employees

2- Preparing contracts for the new outsources employees and make orientation process for them.

3- Prepare payroll process for all the outsources staff in excel sheet at the cutoff day monthly .

4- organizing Files ,and updating the outsources employees data .

5- making form (1) , (6) in the social insurance and send it to the social insurance office

6- making weekly visits for all outsourced employees with our clients.

7- making the medical insurance process for the outsources employees

8- Following up if there any issue or problem with the outsources staff on daily basis and solve it

9- Providing excellent services for all the outsources employees whether it's assisting and supporting any employee in any issue

10- Preparing for meeting if needed to inform the outsources employees with updates in their job descriptions , responsibilities , or any beneficiary will be applied .   



Requirements

1- Excellent in English.
2- Bachelor Degree.
3- Experience from 1-3 years 
4- Prefer from Nasr city area
5- Experience in same position is a must
6- Male or Female
7- Good knowledge  in Social insurance process
8- Prefer from the same industry (outsource company )
9- Max. age 27
