Job Description

·         Preparing accounts and tax returns.

·         Develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs

·         Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database

·         Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements

·         Checking all the Cheques Details received from the clients; Issuing the Receipts for the all the transaction deals.

·         Handle all the budget expenses; Monitoring the Petty Cash

·         Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports

·         Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations

·         Keeping account books and systems up to date.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

Requirements

·         2-3 years of experience, preferably candidate who has worked on SMACC accounting software. 

·         Strong Accountant Finance background

·         Advanced experience in Accountant software, MS Office.

·         Strong attention to details, accuracy and company confidentiality

·         Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic : both - oral and written communication skills

·         Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
