Visualizer/Interior Designer

Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed design stages, ensuring that the project meets aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements. Lead the development of creative and innovative interior design concepts along-side the design manager and team, ensuring alignment with client goals, project briefs, and design standards Communicate design concepts and address any questions, adjustments, or concerns to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project goals Produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Utilize advanced software tools to create realistic and compelling presentations Work on the interior design process in alignment with the Design Manager from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications. Ensure all design deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. Work closely with clients and design team to understand client’s vision, preferences, and functional requirements. Present alongside the team design concepts and revisions, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project objectives. Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring they meet design intent, quality standards, and budget constraints. Collaborate with architects, technical team and other designers to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into the overall project Prepare detailed design drawings, floor plans, elevations, and lighting, to guide the execution of interior designs Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and materials. Introducing innovative solutions and creative ideas to enhance project outcomes Review design deliverables, visualizations, and specifications to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project goals Address and resolve design challenges, offering creative and practical solutions to meet project requirements and overcome constraintsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or equivalent formal training 2 to 5 years working experience in interior design and/or architecture firm, is a must Ability to produce high quality 2D and 3D drawings is a must• Expert with in 3Dmax AutoCAD 2016 or newer version The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience. Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time. Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment. Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Sketch Proficient in strong grasp of graphic design principles and technical knowledge of rendering and lighting techniques Familiarity with Network technologies and platforms (Microsoft) Experience in electronic file transfers Experience with the MS Office suite and other business software (Microsoft 365 a plus)
