we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to ensure that our brand is visible, well-stocked, clean, neat, and easy to find across our retail partners. Since these are not our stores, maintaining consistent brand presence across different retail environments is a key challenge. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implement tools that maximize brand impact and ensure smooth execution across multiple retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Execution & Compliance:
• Visit retail partners to audit brand visibility and ensure Breathe products are presented optimally.
• Ensure our brand guidelines are followed across all stores, including display standards, shelf arrangements, and signage placement.
• Identify and solve out-of-stock issues by coordinating with the sales and supply teams.
Merchandising Strategy & Tools Development:
• Help the marketing team to develop planograms, display guidelines, and POS materials tailored for different store types and sizes.
• Train retail staff on best practices for brand display and replenishment.
3. Data Collection & Performance Monitoring:
• Conduct regular store audits to track brand placement, stock levels, and competitors’ positioning.
• Gather insights from retailers and customers to optimize product placement and merchandising strategies.
• Report key findings to the sales and marketing teams, making recommendations for improvement.
4. Retail Relationship Management:
• Work closely with store managers and retail teams to secure prime shelf space and ensure Breathe is easy to find and buy.
• Negotiate for better in-store positioning, promotional displays, and branding opportunities.
5. Campaign Execution & Seasonal Displays:
• Implement in-store activations, promotional displays, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure timely rollout of new collections and product launches in all partner stores.
Requirements
Experience & Skills Required:
• 3+ years experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, or Trade Marketing, preferably in fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of retail environments, store layouts, and merchandising principles.
• Experience working with B2B retail distribution (not just owned stores).
• Ability to develop and implement merchandising guidelines, planograms, and retail toolkits.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to influence retail partners.
• Analytical mindset to track in-store performance and improve brand presence.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to visit multiple store locations.
