Responding To customer inquiries by telephone , Meeting Customers, Helping to fulfill their Requests, Following Up with Customers,Making reservations,and creating customer service Reports. RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.Proven track record in handling inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.Experience in booking reservations, logging service reports.Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to follow up, handle objections, and close sales effectively.Good organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable using basic computer tools (MS Office, email) and telephone systems.
