    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the interior design and construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design and construction market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software.
