Senior Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify project requirements and constraints.- Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential schedule conflicts.- Provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any deviations from the planned schedule.- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.- Communicate schedule-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.- Participate in project meetings to provide insights into schedule performance and recommend adjustments as needed.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.- Proven experience in planning and scheduling engineering projects.- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
