Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. • Meeting planned sales goals. • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. • With collaboration of finance and other department, administer collection and make aging report accordingly. • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. • The ongoing training of your salespeople. • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. • Promoting the organization and products. • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Requirements Education and Experience: • Bachelor degree in marketing, business or any related field. • Proven 10 years’ experience as sales manager. • Professional certificates in sales and/or marketing is a plus. Required Competencies: • Presentable and able to build rapport. • Highly communication skills. • Able to solve problems and being proactive. • Highly negotiation skills. • Strong planning and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft office and/or google suites
