· Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers · Searching for new customers who could benefit from our products · Managing and interpreting customers’ requirements · Persuading customers that our products and services will best satisfy their needs · Preparing customers quotations · Negotiating tenders and contract terms · Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions · Offering after-sales support services · Administering customers’ accounts · Analyzing costs and sales · Preparing reports for LM · Meeting assigned sales targets · Recording and maintaining customers contact data · Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events · Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customers’ needs · Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education · Solving customers problems · Helping in the design of custom-made products . · Providing training and producing support material for the customers Requirements ·3-6 years of experience. ·Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Architectural) ·Construction is preffered industry but not a must ·Experience in implementing marketing and sales plans ·Proven ability in implementing strategic initiatives, developing market penetration techniques and conducting market analysis. ·Skilled in evaluating market requirements, developing customer insights to be communicated to various teams for accomplishing business goals. ·Well versed in technical sales, product management, competitive analysis, business presentation and managing sales operations.
