Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic software.
Maintain and organize patient records with confidentiality.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow and minimize waiting times.
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including billing and payments.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical clinic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in using computers and clinic management systems.
