- Education:
BSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years in similar QS roles, preferably in industrial or large-scale
commercial projects
- Software
Proficiency: AutoCAD, Bluebeam (for take-off), Excel (advanced), ERP Systems
(e.g., Dynamics GP), Aconex, MS Project (preferred)
- Key Skills:
Strong understanding of construction drawings (civil, MEP, structural),
Excellent attention to detail, Analytical and methodical thinking, High level
of accountability and ownership, Good communication skills for coordination
with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams
