• The scope of work includes but is not limited to managing a department of planners working on CPM scheduling services for a variety of construction projects in the US.
• Communicating with clients through several daily virtual meetings and video conferences to understand and address their needs
• Manages productivity and improves the quality of the work performed by the team of planners
• Personally executes some of the work only for the sensitive, high profile and complicated projects
• Elaborate and Impressive Command of the English language
• Multiple years of working on site on different construction projects
• Deep understanding and knowledge of construction claims
• Proven track record of successful career from reliable resources
• Excellent people skills
• Strong Leadership skills
• A minimum of 7 years of civil construction experience.
