Performance Marketing Supervisor

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI.- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging and targeting.- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for all performance marketing activities.- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.- Has strong leadership skills- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel.- Experience with attribution modeling, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
