Operations Logistics Specialist

Shipping Operations Management:Monitor and manage shipping operations from initiation to completion.Ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments, including documentation and compliance with regulations.Coordination and Communication:Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and partner companies to facilitate smooth logistics operations.Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and maintain detailed reports on shipping operations, including key performance metrics.Analyze operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Issue Resolution:Identify and resolve any issues that arise during shipping operations, such as delays or discrepancies.Coordinate with relevant parties to implement corrective actions promptly.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.Proven experience in managing shipping operations and resolving logistics issues.Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and supply chain principles.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
