procurement department for timely ordering of supplies.
Manage finished product
inventory and ensure accurate and timely distribution.
Ensure all operations comply
with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits
and implement corrective actions as needed.
Promote a culture of safety
and continuous improvement within the team.
Identify areas for process
improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the
operations manager to develop and execute operational strategies.
Monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
Liaise with other
departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth
operational flow.
Prepare and present
operational reports to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and
positive work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of
experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry,
preferably in ice cream or dairy manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of
production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and team
management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and
resolve operational issues effectively.
Strong organizational and
multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using ERP
systems and MS Office Suite.
