Odoo Developer

· Develop and customize Odoo modules according to client requirements, including but not limited to CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, and HR modules. · Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. · Design and implement customizations, workflows, and reports within the Odoo framework to meet business needs. · Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications using APIs and web services. · Optimize Odoo performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to ensure scalability, security, and reliability. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field · 2+ years of experience in ODOO development and customization · Proficient in Python programming language · Experience with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus. · Strong understanding of ODOO ERP architecture and module development · Experience with PostgreSQL and related database management · Excellent problem-solving and code optimization skills · Ability to work effectively in a team environment · Strong verbal and written communication skills
