Campaign Development and Execution:· Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.· Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.2. Content Creation:· Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.· Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials3. Digital Marketing & Website Management:· Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and online advertising.· Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and conversions.4. Market Research:· Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.· Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.5. Brand Management:· Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.· Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.6. Event Coordination:· Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.· Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.7. Analytics and Reporting:· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.· Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management.8. Collaboration:· Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.· Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role. (3-5 years)· Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.· Creative thinking and innovation.Preferred · Experience in construction materials field.· Knowledge of AI tools· Knowledge of marketing tools (LinkedIn AD, Meta Business, Google Analytics)· Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.· Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas).· Strong project management skills.
