• Lead the digital marketing team to develop and optimize online campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and social media strategies.
• Analyze digital marketing performance, optimize campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, and ensure customer retention across digital channels.
• Work with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with the online shopping experience and optimize conversion rates..
• Oversee retail marketing strategies that enhance the in-store experience and drive foot traffic, including in-store events, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the retail operations team to align marketing efforts with store openings, seasonal activations, and local market needs.
• Ensure consistent execution of retail marketing materials and campaigns across all locations.
• Develop and implement point-of-sale materials, window displays, and in-store promotions that align with the marketing strategy and seasonal themes.
• Manage and mentor a diverse marketing team across digital, retail, and brand marketing functions.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and performance tracking for marketing initiatives.

• Develop and oversee a brand style guide and work with internal teams and external agencies to enforce it across all marketing materials.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance across both brands, using insights to optimize future strategies, through setting up clear metrics and KPIs to track the success of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and consumer behavior to keep the company at the forefront of fashion retail.
• Use data insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics, optimizing ROI across digital, retail, and brand marketing channels.
• Work closely with the product development, sales, finance, and customer experience teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in fashion retail, preferably managing multiple brands with distinct target segments.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and retail marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams and driving results.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of the fashion industry, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
