 Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, destinations, and services.
  • Support the development of seasonal promotions, offers, and special travel deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and create engaging content.
  • Develop and schedule posts, stories, and travel-related promotions to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement.

 Market Research & Performance Tracking:

  • Conduct market research to understand travel trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

 Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

  • Implement email marketing campaigns to engage past and potential travelers.
  • Manage customer databases and segment audiences for targeted marketing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to promotions and travel experiences.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
