Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and social media. Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods. Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference. Maintain and update leads and tasks on CRM. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. Requirements 2-4 years’ experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service. Bachelor’s Degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM.
