Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers (supermarkets, electronics stores, etc.).
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each account.
Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sell-out data to analyze product performance in stores.
- Prepare and present sales reports to stakeholders.
Cash Collection:
- Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers.
- Reconcile accounts and address any discrepancies in payments.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms of trade agreements, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and monitor performance against KPIs.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop account-specific strategies to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with account strategies.
Inventory Management:
- Work with retailers to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
- Forecast demand to align with supply chain operations.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align strategies and share insights.
Data Analysis:
- Regularly analyze sales data to inform strategy adjustments.
Performance Reviews:
- Conduct quarterly or annual reviews with accounts to assess performance and set future goals.
Promotional Planning:
- Collaborate with retailers to plan and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Training and Support:
- Provide training to retailers’ staff on product features and benefits to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
