HSE Manager

Supervise and reduce workplace HSE incidents efficiently and cost-effectively. • Apply and monitor HSE policies and procedures. • Contribute to operational planning and budgeting. • Develop and update the HSE organizational structure. • Propose and manage HSE initiatives and projects. • Track and improve HSE performance indicators. • Set departmental goals aligned with company objectives. • Identify risks across all project sites and implement preventive actions. • Lead and guide project teams to meet HSE goals. • Ensure company compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. • Develop emergency and crisis response plans. • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. • Oversee daily HSE operations across all assigned sites. • Ensure safety inspectors are trained and certified. • Provide guidance on fire safety, hazardous materials, and occupational disease prevention. • Ensure legal compliance and lead HSE meetings. • Train and support HSE staff and company employees. • Prepare regular reports and support the executive VP. • Perform any additional tasks as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in safety, Occupational Health, or Environmental Protection. • 10–15 years of experience in HSE within contracting or industrial sectors. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Deep knowledge of HSE practices in Saudi Arabia. • Preferred certifications : NEBOSH IDIP, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA. • Advanced communication and influence skills. • High sense of responsibility and initiative. • Strong collaboration and team leadership. • Strategic thinking and decision-making. • Ability to manage pressure and changing priorities. • Strong compliance and risk management understanding.
