HR Manager

Develop HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning.* Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding new employees.* Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, including payroll, salary structures, and employee motivation systems.* Address employee concerns, manage grievances and conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.* Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on coaching, and develop professional development plans.* Ensure all HR practices, policies, and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.* Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.* Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave.Requirements* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience* 10 years' experience in Human Resources* Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies* Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees* Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills* Attention to detail and good judgement
