● Leadership and Strategy:
○ Lead the HR department in Egypt, ensuring alignment with business goals and

○ Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement recruitment and
organizational development strategies, focusing on efficiency and maintaining
strong organizational dynamics.
○ Work closely with the board of directors on implementing new HR policies that
will contribute to overall company growth.
● Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
○ Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to hire sales agents and other key
roles as we expand.
○ Manage all recruitment efforts for senior-level positions, including overseeing
sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
● Compensation and Benefits:
○ Design and oversee competitive compensation packages, including commission
structures for sales agents and incentive programs.
○ Create pay structures that motivate performance while maintaining market
competitiveness.
● Employee Relations and Development:
○ Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement
initiatives, conflict resolution, and professional development programs.
○ Implement training programs to support sales skills and leadership development
across the team.
● Compliance and Legal:
○ Ensure all HR policies comply with Egyptian labor laws and internal company
standards.
○ Manage employee contracts, ensuring they align with legal requirements and
company policies.
● HR Systems and Processes:
○ Implement and manage HR technology solutions to streamline payroll,
onboarding, and employee data management.
○ Develop key HR metrics to track talent management, retention, and performance.
Requirements
● Experience:
○ 10+ years of HR management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a
sales-centric, call center, or customer-focused environment.
○ Demonstrated experience in scaling teams and building organizational structures.
○ Expertise in recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
● Education and Certifications:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
fields.
○ HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD) is required.
○ An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
● Skills:
○ Deep understanding of compensation, employee relations, and Egyptian labor
laws.
○ Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking, with a track record of aligning
HR practices with business goals.
○ Strong experience in developing compensation packages and employee
