Visit client sites weekly to assess organizational needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Support and consult clients on OD initiatives such as org design, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management systems.
Partner with internal teams to create and deliver tailored OD solutions and training programs.
Analyze client HR structures, policies, and practices, and recommend improvement plans.
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and culture-building strategies.
Provide coaching and advisory support to client HR teams and business leaders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to reflect insights, outcomes, and next steps.
Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to organizational development, client consulting, or HR business partnering.
Strong understanding of OD principles such as change management, talent development, and culture building.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust with clients and influence decisions at various levels.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to travel for regular client meetings in Greater Cairo area.
