*MANAGING DAILY OPERATIONS:* • - SUPERVISING ALL OF THE COMPANY’S LOGISTICAL OPERATIONS TO ENSURE EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY. • - ENSURE THAT LOGISTICAL OPERATIONS ARE CARRIED OUT ACCORDING TO SET STANDARDS AND WITH THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SAFETY. • 2. *PLANNING AND DEVELOPING STRATEGIES:* • - DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC OPERATING PLANS TO ACHIEVE THE COMPANY’S GOALS. • - ANALYZE DATA AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS TO IMPROVE OPERATIONS AND INCREASE EFFICIENCY. • 3. *TEAM MANAGEMENT:* • - LEAD AND DIRECT VARIOUS OPERATING TEAMS. • - DEVELOPING COMPETENCIES AND MOTIVATING EMPLOYEES TO ENSURE OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE. • 4. *COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION:* • - WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE A SMOOTH FLOW OF OPERATIONS. • - COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR SATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED. • 5. *COST CONTROL:* • - MONITORING OPERATIONAL COSTS AND WORKING TO REDUCE THEM WITHOUT AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF SERVICE. • - PREPARING AND ANALYZING FINANCIAL REPORTS TO ENSURE ADHERENCE TO THE BUDGET. • 6. *SOLVING PROBLEMS:* • - ADDRESS AND RESOLVE OPERATIONAL PROBLEMS EFFICIENTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. • - MAKE QUICK AND APPROPRIATE DECISIONS TO ENSURE THAT OPERATIONS CONTINUE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. • 7. *COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS:* • - ENSURING THE COMPANY’S COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS RELATED TO LOGISTICS OPERATIONS. • - APPLYING AND IMPROVING QUALITY AND SAFETY STANDARDS. Requirements 1. ACADEMIC THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION IS A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. THE MAXIMUM QUALIFICATION IS A MASTER’S DEGREE 2. PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE: 10 YEARS OF PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE. 3. PROFESSIONAL ABILITIES AND EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS. - ABILITY TO ANALYZE DATA AND MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON THE RESULTS. - EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS. - IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS. 4. PERSONAL ABILITIES AND - ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE. - PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING SKILLS. - THE ABILITY TO THINK STRATEGICALLY. - ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY IN WORK.
