Coordinate between marketing and design members to ensure smooth flow of work Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices Requirements • 4-6 years of design experience • Fashion experience is a plus. • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Expert knowledge in the graphic production process • Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision • Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics is a plus. • Strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography • Broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
