Graphic & Motion Designer

Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and branding materials. • Develop creative concepts and design layouts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements. • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and animations for promotional videos, product demonstrations, training materials, and other multimedia projects. • Utilize video editing software and tools to enhance visual effects, transitions, and audio elements, and ensure seamless integration of graphics and animations. • Develop interactive multimedia presentations, infographics, and other digital assets that effectively communicate complex concepts and information to target audiences. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content requirements and translate them into engaging multimedia experiences. • Stay informed about multimedia trends, technologies, and best practices, and leverage technical expertise to innovate and enhance multimedia solutions and workflows. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia production and post-production processes, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success. • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and technical teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with project goals. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and deliver high-quality multimedia content that meets or exceeds expectations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, film production, or a related field; additional certifications or coursework in multimedia production and design software/tools is a plus. • Proven track record of success in multimedia design and production roles, with at least 4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation. • Proficiency in multimedia design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, and Cinema 4D. • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia projects and styles, with an emphasis on creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Passion for multimedia and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and narrative structure, and a desire to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional results. • Proficiency in both English and Arabic
