Monitor Food Safety Culture and Processes:

Track compliance with the Food Safety Culture Plan and related activities across field processes by monitoring KPIs. Support in communicating the results and effectiveness of programs to management.

Support Surveillance and Monitoring Programs:
|
Assist in implementing and verifying surveillance and monitoring programs for Good Agricultural and Phytosanitary Practices to ensure adherence to established procedures for all locations.
|
Report Submission:
|
Prepare detailed reports for the Field Area Managers, highlighting the progress of inspections, audits, and other field safety objectives according to schedules.
|
Documentation Management:
|
Help maintain and update area documentation, such as protocols, technical sheets, and instructions, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Verify that documentation aligns with new updates and is correctly shared with teams.
|
Internal Audit Support:
|
Participate in internal audits and inspections. Assist in identifying non-conformities and evaluate the measures implemented to ensure the continuous improvement of processes in the field.

Assist in Training Plans:
|
Contribute to establishing and delivering training plans on technical and regulatory food safety issues in coordination with relevant areas. Ensure team members are updated on current regulations.

Phytosanitary Plan Review:
|
Help evaluate proposed phytosanitary plans and products for campaigns, ensuring compliance with MRL standards and the requirements of destination markets.
|
Support Official Inspections:
|
Collaborate in monitoring the official SENASA inspection program before crop campaigns and during harvests to meet regulatory compliance.
|
KPI Monitoring:
|
Track and analyze KPIs to assess the performance of the Food Safety and Phytosanitary teams. Provide actionable insights to ensure the completion of seasonal objectives.
|
Comply with internal regulations on health and safety at work, aligning with the management system.
|
Ensure/comply with the company's quality and safety protocols.
|
Comply with the RIT internal work regulations.
|
Report any risks or evidence of unsafe or out-of-spec products, equipment, packaging or raw materials
